Jill Hulsey has been named vice president and manager of the Community Bank & Trust Financial Center. She will oversee the Financial Center's offices in Neosho and Joplin.  Additionally, she will have overall responsibility for the bank's trust operations and maintaining relationships with beneficiaries.

Hulsey is a Certified Public Accountant and spent over 15 years working at Hardy and Associates in various roles, most recently as tax manager. She is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University.
