Paul J. Ebmeier, St. John's Medical Group

Paul J. Ebmeier has been appointed as the new president and chief executive officer of St. John's Medical Group in Joplin, Mo., for which he has served as chief operating officer since January. The new role places Ebmeier on the executive council, to work with the hospital administration.

Ebmeier came to Joplin from Sioux Falls, SD, where he held the position of vice president and COO for Sioux Valley Clinic for eight years. He has worked in healthcare executive leadership for 16 years.

A graduate of Mount Marty College with a bachelor's of science degree, Ebmeier also holds a master's degree in business administration from North Dakota State University.
Dr. Curt Dandridge, president of the Physician Advisory Committee, said, "St. John's Medical Group physicians appreciate Paul's vision and goals for partnering with the physicians and staff. We look forward to his ongoing leadership."
