Huawei is a premier provider of infrastructure and smart devices for information and communications technology (ICT).  Huawei is the company that has been rocking the SmartPhone market with its technologies and innovations so far. The company is again set to mesmerize people with its new invention. Huawei Mate X2, The brand new Mobile phone that is all set to be launced very soon in China.
On October 22 in China, Huawei is set to unveil the Mate 40 series. The smartphones of Mate 40 are sure to be on the stage. There is, however, a pinch of hope that the rumoured Huawei Mate X2 will debut that day. Let’s have a look about its features and specifications.

Sneak Peek Of the Phone

The concept video released by LetsGoDigital, with Jermaine’s gracious authorisation, reveals the device in grey.
The illustrations demonstrate an inward folding of the device just like the patented design. There is a 3D depiction of the video that Jermaine shared on his YouTube channel. It has curved edges and an on / off switch on the right with volume buttons. The USB-C and speaker grille are divided between the camera’s side and the main display.

Expected Features Of Huawei Mate x2

  • A recommendation confirms that with a resolution of 2480 x 2220 pixels, the larger display on Mate X2 will likely be 8.03-inches. And carry a 120Hz refresh rate display.
  • The device renamed “Teton” will probably retain the CPI(Transparent Polyimide) and will not have an Ultra-Thin Glass(UTG) such as Samsung, however.
  • As for the optics, a patent-like periscopic lens is shown in the depiction. Also many reports claim two 40MP sensors will host it. An ultra-wide lens will likely be one of them.
  • Other OIS features are expected to have a 3x optical zoom. The front will also feature one / two selfie sensors.
  • The device may have a Kirin 9000 SoC, which is likely to come with a Mate 40 series.
  • An alleged Wi-Fi certification shows that it will likely have a Hi1105 chipset for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, for connectivity.
  • It will operate EMUI 11 based on Android 10.
  • The waistline has been stayed fairly slim and the frame is well disguised
