These are pastries that required a proper cold temperature,i.e, below than  −40 °F (−40 °C), which cannot be maintained by many grocery stores, this extreme cooling requirement.

There is a case file against the CEO of Dippin’ Dots named Scott Fischer by his Ex-Girlfriend. In the complaint, she said Scott Fischer is trying to humiliate her by sending private pictures of her to various people and even to his mom also to embarrass her.

But on the other hand, Scott Fisher says that the allegation on him is invalid and he is innocent in the eye of law as he did not violate any of the rules.

Let’s start from the beginning, Amanda Brown who was the ex-girlfriend of Scott. She says they were in a relationship in 2019-2020. And also she added that the relationship was thundering partly, Because of the toxicity in the relationship. she said he was a “dangerous tendency to abuse alcohol.”

She files a suit against Scott and says he sent his private sexual image to many people to give the feeling of embarrassment. and after the breakup, the conditions became worse as he sent his private image to various people to blackmail her. He also threatened to upload his sexual pictures to pornhub. Brown also told us that he wrote saying “Fuck You. I will do whatever I want to do to hurt you “.

But Amanda Bown says it became a legal matter but till not also she didn’t get any responsible result.
